Nchokwe Donald Chepape

Donald is a serial entrepreneur with a passion to bring dreams to reality. He is the founder and CEO of Ethio Hides Group, a diversified SMME with interests in various industries in South Africa and Ethiopia.

Donald has worked as a Management Consultant for Sigma International in Durban and Ariston Capital, a private equity firm based in Mumbai, India. He has also worked for ABSA, Old Mutual and spent 5 years at Vumatel as a Financial Compliance Controller.

As an AIESEC alumnus, Donald has worked on various projects with teams from all over the world and brings a wealth of experience to the OME team.

Manna Werede

Manna is a Model, Artist, Musician, Designer, Marketing Generalist and a Teacher. She taught at the Greek Community School for 3years, inspiring and empowering students to reach their full potential As a model, she has worked with Photographers, Designers and Companies to promote different products and services.

She has worked for UNDKEN with designer Kenny Allen who is also Musician/Producer. Her skills as a singer/songwriter have allowed her to express her creativity and connect with listeners through her heartfelt music. She has already released her single with the most talented Music Producer Yamlu Molla. Her Debut album that includes various artists including producer and sound engineer Yamlu Molla is due to be released..

Additionally, she has showcased her artistic abilities as a jewellery and handcrafts designer, creating unique and stunning pieces. ALGO ACCESSORIES, her brand, promotes the value of vintage items and jewelleries by designing and up cycling

Nigus Solomon

Nigus graduated with an Economics degree from Unity University 2020. He has experience in Asset register, process documentation and administration. Nigus is also pursuing his computer science degree through distance learning and currently provide web-based applications for SMME’s in Ethiopia. Nigus is the person you want on your team to give you assurance, efficiency and any other word that can emphasise the term “Almost Perfect”.

Molatelo Ramothwala

Molatelo Ramothwala has 14 years of experience in communications, with almost a decade spent in the Digital Media Management space.
She is a Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional with experience in all the content creation phases: research, ideation, placement, creation, publication and paid media.

She has worked chiefly on lifestyle and entertainment brands, including some of MultiChoice’s most prominent online brands: Channel O, Mzansi Magic, Idols South Africa, Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards, The Voice South Africa, and three seasons of Big Brother.

She has also led the Digital Media Strategy for Miss Africa Calabar – a Nigeria-hosted beauty pageant with over 25 participants from as many countries on the continent. In addition to working on the Opulent Models Ethiopia account, she also runs a consultancy firm that aims to assist SMMEs with putting their best online foot forward.
